In most cases, your dnsjuice service is activated shortly after the order is accepted and the domain is ready to be managed in the platform. Once the domain is available in your control panel, you can begin creating or editing records.
Activation of the service and worldwide DNS visibility are not the same thing. Your account can be active immediately while outside resolvers still need time to expire old cached records and pick up new values.
If you are moving a live domain, plan the change carefully and lower TTL values ahead of time whenever possible.
